5 Star for the company and the service, and a 1 Star for RYAN THE GUY THAT TAKES THE PHONE CALLS, VERY RUDE, NASTY ATTITUDE, HE SHOULD NEVER TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT,HE IS MAKING YOUR COMPANY LOOK BAD.

First time using this machine- it was fantastic- put a new exterior door lock set in cart, went 20 feet to key me Locksmiths and made enough keys for the household in 5 minutes for really cheap- Highly recommended-

The guy got here in about an hour, got his equipment out, and popped my car open in a few seconds. Nice guy too.The customer service representative was very attentive, and caring. Even asked me if I was safe. I wasn't expecting that question but I like that they asked.The price was fair although I still think all locksmiths charge too much anyways. Nonetheless it was about the same as previous locksmiths I've used.
