Metta is GREAT! She is kind and really pays attention to what you and your body need. She was able to alleviate a lot of issue i was having in a short period of time. I will continue to see Metta for routine care of my body. Every therapy she uses is for a specific purpose and she will zone in on what your body is telling her. I can't say enough great things about Metta and Ethos. I very much recommend giving her a call.
Metta is amazing! With other massages it’s so generic and going through the motions but with Metta she takes time to find out what is bothering you and focuses her time on helping you recover. She also provides information on how to prevent and manage issues between sessions.
Very professional and inviting atmosphere. She targets any areas of concern you have and gives great advice. Communication is also great and rescheduling is a breeze. Highly recommend.
