Samson (originally named Fortuna because we at first thought he was a she because he was so malnourished) was dropped off at our doorstep by our mailman. He found him in the street in our neighborhood and heard from a neighbor that we had taken in another cat a couple years ago. Little did we know that Samson was blind and began having severe seizures multiple times a day. The first opinion we got was to put him to sleep but we weren't ready to that. I had a great experience here. The receptionist was friendly and informed me that there would be a wait, which was ok. She got us into a room right away and someone came in to assess my dog and make sure she was stable. More critical patients were tended to before us, but we were just there for a few staples in a wound, so I was more than willing to wait, grateful that my problem was smaller than the other ones in the clinic. Dr. Crystal was lovely, very warm and friendly with my dog and explained everything thoroughly.
