I was early and didnt expect to be seen i just figured I would wait but to my surprise they took me right away! I did my eye test and had the paperwork filled out in less than 30 mins. “Super nice staff! Today I brought my mom in because her eyeglasses were badly bent out of shape. I thought she might need a new pair. Her prescription hadn't changed, so I brought her in. The man who has worked there a good while held the door open as I brought her in, (she's in a wheelchair). He happily fixed them (this was around lunchtime and it looked like he was the only one there) and there was no charge. Wonderful place. I get my own glasses there multiple times too. Great place, very fair prices too.“

Fast forward to -
Recently I experienced sudden sharp pain in one eye. It was very unsettling. I called Family Optical. They understood my concern and worked to fit me in for an immediate exam.

The doctor was very kind. Her exam and testing was thorough, as she addressed possible causes. I was, thankfully, reassured that the cause was not related to any internal eye issues.

Carina, Shawn and the entire staff are both professional and responsive. I appreciated that they shared a sense of urgency for my eye health! I will highly recommend them to friends and family!“
