We had such an overall wonderful experience working with CarpetLand USA in Rockford Illinois. From the diligent research Ben Rose did to get the exact carpet we wanted in the specific grade or depth that worked best in our home and measuring correctly ( so as to not have waste and extra expenditure)/ to the AMAZING carpet layers Luis, Raul senior and Raul, all We can say is WOW!!! They are such a professional team and so adept at removing the old carpet and pad to laying the new pad and carpet but also the movement of VERY HEAVY pieces of furniture and putting everything back in it’s place!! Carpetland is exceptional.
After a flood in our kitchen, last year, my husband and I hired a company that partnered with our insurance company. We should have done research before hiring them. The LVP installation was horrible. Within months the planks were separating and the floor was deflecting. At this point, I began visiting different flooring stores in Rockford in order to get recommendations on how to solve our problems.
