Our A/C compressor gave out on a Friday, during the June '25 heat wave (97 degrees). My wife called Mr Kennedy that day and he came out the next morning. :-(
He arranged for a replacement right then, and came back Sunday morning and installed it! (We have been his customer for some time, as he had replaced our old furnace some back. So that might have raised our priority in his scheduling.) The installation included sheet metal work as the EPA standards necessitated it to accommodate the new, more efficient, cooling coil.
Excellent dry cleaning facility with excellent customer service and very good price.
I used to come here all the time as a teenager with a friend to help with their laundry. I stopped coming and went to another one. Recently I've been back. The prices are fair and they dont leave your clothes smelling like urine. (reason I stopped going to the other one). Today I was doing my laundry and an elderly woman was doing her laundry. she was done and trying to get her clothes basket out to her car. The worker helped her by taking her clothes outside to her car since she has a cane and was struggling. This type of kindness can only come from a a wonderful empathetic person. I will never go anywhere else because I saw the kindness in one of the workers. That is something you don't see every day.
First time here and they cut me very good I recommend coming here for a haircut cut. would I come here again? Oh yea 100% they did so well. no miss ups at all they cut exactly how I wanted it. im definitely coming back here for another cut:)

Trevor is an awesome barber. He is very thorough in his work. I am very picky and for the last 10-15 years I have always found flaws in the work of every barber I’ve been to. Usually after a cut I find myself at home fixing mistakes whether it’s mine or my son’s hair or my beard. I honestly could not find one flaw in this man’s work. I highly recommend you give him a try if you are looking for a new barber.
Glo is the best!! I booked Sandi, Katie, and Natalie for my wedding and Katie & Sandi absolutely knocked each hair style out of the park. Natalie is incredibly talented and truly takes her time with her work. I have never seen the important women in my life look more beautiful. They provided me with a detailed schedule, and worked with our last minute adjustments. I couldn't recommend Glo any more!
Nail trims on my 2 beagles who do not like their nails cut. The groomers are very low key with the dogs. Very patient. I appreciate that.

Delia absolutely nailed this cut. The blend, the fade, and how she shaped the curls—everything came out perfect. She really knows how to work with texture and get that clean, natural look that still has edge. The shop itself has great vibes—good music, good people, and an easy, relaxed atmosphere. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the details. Definitely found my go-to spot at Jaz It Up Beauty Lounge.

First time at Coco Nails today because I followed Ben from another salon—he’s that good! I originally found him through word of mouth and now I see why everyone raves about him. Ben is hilarious, super kind, and honestly top tier with his skills—especially when it comes to fixing my ingrown toenails. My feet leave happy every time, the hand and leg massages are next level, and somehow he makes me feel like an icon walking out of there.

First time trying this salon and I got a fill and a pedicure. Real sketchy anout trying new places but they did a great job. Tim did my fill and did my almond shape very good and Min did my pedicure. Neither one of them rushed doing my nails, overall im satified and will be returning in the future.

Stylist: I had Jay ad my stylist. He wad careful and gentle with me as I have a brace on my hand/wrist. He was sympathetic asking me what happened and hoped that I'd get better soon after seeing my doctor. (Just small talk but seemed very concerned for my well being).

I loved sound therapy with Amber the first time and thought all of my friends should experience it, so I invited her to do sound therapy at my birthday celebration! It was very relaxing and peaceful, and she also made it a very empowering experience! All of my friends said we should do it weekly, and honestly, we should! Lol. 100% recommend doing this as a different way to celebrate life ??♀️ or even for your next girls night!Bonus: She comes with a lot of wisdom.✨

I had my first brow appointment with Kortney today, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Her office staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Kortney was so informative, and her attention to detail was truly impressive—she was meticulous and took no shortcuts, almost like a doctor. My brows look absolutely amazing! I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend her.

Ray and Jake did a great job clearing a backed up basement drain for us. They also noticed an issue with our dryer vent and came back to fix and replace that as well. Definitely recommend!

We needed a DISH antenna cable removed that was close to the ComEd overhead power lines entering the house. Mike & Matt took care of the situation, removing the old cable. We had such a wonderful experience with All Seasons Carpet this week. Alex did a fantastic job stretching our carpet and cleaning our carpet/stairs. We have used them before and will continue to use them in the future. Two thumbs up!!!
My carpet was dirty. It looks new now. The gentlemen took extra care in cleaning it. No spots at all. I have been ill these past 7 months and I have spilled things like coffee on it. No stains at all now. They addressed all my worries with kindness and real thought when you explaining the cleaning process to me. Also, they cleaned a couch and it looks new. Got Moen shower fixtures installed and have had a couple of problems that Dan did address and got Moen to warranty the product.
Professional roofers with specialists who know their stuff. If you require hail damage work, I would definitely suggest them.
My grandfather had his installation done by Bath Planet of Rockford and everything went really smooth. His new barrier free shower makes it easy for him to wheel his walker right into the shower so he can then sit down on the bench seat. Thank you for helping him stay in his home.

Excellent care and service. Reasonable priced. I took my sick dog. Dr knew exactly what was wrong and fair with my options with quality of life. I decided to do hospice care. Dr was very passionate with my decision. They stayed with me along the way.

They cared for my cat, when she wasn’t feeling well, and gave me options, that I could try.

I moved to Rockford a year ago and this is my new preferred vet clinic. The doctor knows her stuff and really cares about the patient, takes the time to listen to you and examine them to figure out what is going on. Prices are the best in the region, cash or check only, she takes a step by step approach with them instead of loading you up with unnecessary tests. Be aware due to the low cost they are very busy and you will wait, but it is worth it.
Tender Care Dog Grooming is the place for my Puppy after his 1st ever doggy trim he was very cute and she did a fantastic job with his tiny paws and claws...I would highly recommend this talented business lady for their doggy grooming needs.

Tension headaches we're killing me.My neck muscles we're a wreck, range of motion was a minimum.Only 2 visits here and I was pain free, range of motion is back to normal.(was about 80% after first visit). This lady is very good
