My sister recommended Jim Kofoid at Lynch Chiropractic to help with my back pain, and I’m so glad she did. I felt relief right after my first visit! Now I make sure to see Jim whenever I’m in Rockford. I’ve been to several chiropractors over the years, but Jim is by far the best. He’s honest, caring, and never tries to sell you on expensive X-rays or a bunch of unnecessary visits. After just a few adjustments, he told me to come back whenever I felt I needed to. I really appreciate that kind of honesty and care — I highly recommend him!
I was really scared and skeptical to see a chiropractor but my daughter insisted on me going to see one , I can't thank her enough . Doctor Lynch explained everything every step of the way I felt a lot of reassurance and safe in his hands . When I walked in I couldn't even turn my head my neck was so stiff and after my first adjustment I can turn my head without the crippling pain.Thank you Dr. Lynch
