In the last 3 years I had two different companies come to my home to unclog the floor drain. I had two people that recommended Roto Rooter I called them at 4:10pm Thursday and they were here at 10:00am Friday. Preston was the service technician that came to my door. He introduced himself, looked at my situation and diagnosed it. He quoted me a price for the job and I agreed. He went to work on the floor drain, and during this time I have learned some stuff I never knew. I learned that the floor drain had lint in it. Preston took the hose from my washing machine and asked me where my lit trap was. I looked at him oddly and said what's a lint trap? I never knew this. I also learned the piping that went from the washer hose to the floor drain was full of lint. Preston told me how to clean it out and as soon as he walked out the door I walked with him and started cleaning everything out. I was totally amazed. I never once ever thought of lint being clogged in a tube. With the recommendations Preston told me to do my washer is back up and running. The floor drain is draining beautifully and I will make sure that I follow his directions. Checking the lint traps and the tube monthly. Thank you Preston for all your work you have done. You have made me more knowledgeable about my situation than the other two plumbers that were here before you came. I will definitely be calling Rotor Rootor from now on. **And by the way their work is guaranteed for 90 days. So if you're not satisfied with their work, they will come back and fix the problem within 90 days which no other plumber can give you that guarantee**. At least the two plumbers I had before never did!!!
