This was my second time using Ear to Ear solutions. Both experiences were excellent. Dr Prather seems honestly concerned with providing the best solution for my hearing needs at very reasonable prices. About 2 years ago, she performed a comprehensive hearing exam and reprogrammed my existing aids to greatly improve my hearing. She explained the advantages of upgrading to newer aids without being pushy. When I recently had a problem with one of these very old hearing aids, she was able to quickly see me and bring the hearing aid back to life. She also provided supplies and taught me how to care for them which my original audiologist did not do. I highly recommend Dr Prather for all your hearing needs.

When it came to the haircut itself, Nandita listened to exactly what I wanted with zero judgment. If she thought a teeny-tiny adjustment would help the style sit better, she only did it after asking for my explicit permission.
They truly care about the integrity of their work. I have long hair, so my cut took a bit more time than anticipated, but they never rushed or cut corners just to clear the chair. His haircut is special and I hadn’t seen such techniques before. He uses different scissors and unique techniques during haircuts. Eric and his team are THE BEST! I've been going to Eric for a few years now, and love the vibe at this shop. Eric is an absolute artist, and his team is so great as well. I always leave feeling relaxed and so happy with how I look. The best part? Someone who takes care of my kid so well. My son was concerned about drastically changing his hair, as he had been growing it for a long time and was shoulder-length. Eric talked him through a plan, and then gave him his absolute favorite haircut. Eric treats him like the owner of a barbershop should, like a young man getting a real hair cut. I'm grateful to have met Eric, and wish his shop and his team the best.

I had my first haircut with Randy and the overall experience was a big thumbs up. He listens to what you want done and then adds his own recommendations. He took his time and paid attention to details. I think I was in his chair for about 45 minutes. He is also just a good person and conversations were easy and light. At $30 for a haircut it is also a good value. I will be a repeat customer.

EG Nails provides truly wonderful customer service and consistently stays on schedule. I cannot recommend Nora and Vera enough, their work is perfection. They have incredible attention to detail when it comes to the shape, size, and design of every nail. Plus the quality is unbeatable, my manicures last for four weeks. If you are looking for a flawless Russian manicure, you definitely need to see Nora or Vera!

Tried Koi's for the first time yesterday. The salon is very clean and the service was great. Had one of the best pedicures, I have ever had with great attention to my toes. Great manicure with dip product. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a quality experience. THEY HAVE DAZZLE DRY, a truly great nail product that is actually good for your nail and dries in 5 minutes.

Had electricity stop working in three rooms of my house. He was great and he was able to come in the afternoon on short notice. He quickly found the problem, which was not diffuse box, but bad wiring. He fixed it quick and I was good to go. Very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Easy/quick scheduling & able to get us in the day we closed. Mike was such a great help in rekeying our exterior doors (8 total locks!) and installing an electronic deadbolt, all in far less time than I anticipated. He even helped get a stuck lockbox off. This KeyMe kiosk at menards worked great. I had 3 keys made and they all worked very smoothly. I made keys at a different location and they didn't work.
I've used Executive Green Carpet Cleaning three times and have been very happy with their work cleaning my carpets and furniture. Their cleaning methods are thorough but gentle. They did an effective job spot cleaning a stain on a beige couch cushion, which could have left a very noticable mark. It came out looking great. I highly recommend them. Nice people to deal with too.
The whole experience with Kyle and his team was great. The reality of water damage to our home was really unsettling but Kyle immediately sprang to action late in the evening when we made the call of the flood in our house.
Kyle came to our house late in the evening to setup fans and start drying our house out.
He’s crews came in the next day and started remediating the water damaged material preventing any further destruction and to start the thorough drying process.
Kyle talked us through every step along the way, check on us and his crews registry and made sure we were being taken care of and insured our house would be put back together, and better.
The crews were very professional. The took the time to make sure dust is mitigated and parts of the house that were not damage remained cleaned and functioning.
Kyle provided detailed estimates to the insurance company efficiently navigating through the claim and funding process to keep us moving in the right direction to repairs our home.

We used American Floor Coatings for epoxy coating of 2 small storage area floors. From start to finish, Anthony and Brian were terrific: responsive, excellent communication throughout project, respectful of our home. Brian was very conscientious, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, pleasant, did a highly professional job on our floors and communicated to us consistently regarding timeline/arrival times, etc. Price was also significantly lower than the quote we received from the company who did our garage floor many years ago. They renovated our master bathroom and completely transformed the space into two rooms: a beautiful, updated master bathroom and a new upstairs laundry room. Mike and Team put a portico on our flat front brick home. He designed it, after listening to our wants and needs. We have had so many neighbors tell us how much they like it and how it really has improved the look of our home and neighborhood. They also updated our family room by adding a large picture window and changing out our woodwork. Top quality workmanship! Lastly, we had them update our deck/screened-in porch. The Kitchen Master just completed remodeling our kitchen, and we are absolutely thrilled with the design, quality, and just how darn smooth they made the process. Tracy Berman was our designer, and she created a thoughtful design that was really tailored for how we want (and need) to use the kitchen. Tracy’s design is so great – functional, timeless, but with some pizzazz and fun design elements that make it unique and OURS. Having Tracy provide suggestions and options to choose from as starting points made the process so much easier than going to the store and picking out everything from scratch. Tracy totally understood our style, stuck to our budget, and we never felt pressured into anything.
On the build side, The Kitchen Master does everything and makes sure that their subcontractors tour the house before the design is finalized to make sure the pricing is accurate and any potential issues or surprises are discussed up front. Tom Myers ran the show and he was very patient with all of our questions and always made me feel like he had our back when there were any hiccups along the way. Michael Peshia was the guy that was there almost every day ripping things apart and putting things back together again. Michael did amazing work, taking great care and patience with our wonky ceilings, and has amazing attention to detail. It was great to have a single point of contact throughout the demo through the final build.
You hear so many horror stories about people’s remodeling experience and I can say we had none of that thanks to Kitchen Master. Even with some hiccups along the way, everything was done on time, on budget, and with no real stress on us as the owners. If we ever need any additional work done on our house, we will definitely use The Kitchen Master again!

Their eye for details and knowledge of plants, patio pavers and landscape design are second to none. Jeff, the owner, is a personable guy that is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful without being pushy. He knows what is needed and where and treats your project like he's putting in his own yard. The guys in his crew, are as meticulous and hard working as I've seen, and very skilled in paver, stonework, lighting, and planting. You can find more expensive, and you can find cheaper, but I don't think you'll find better than Jeff's Premier Landscape!
I have hired Lopez Tree twice in the past two years for storm damage on trees in my Naperville yard. They are very prompt, priced reasonably, and clean up the yard very thoroughly when the job is completed. I highly recommend Lopez Tree Service for any tree related trimming or removal. I will call them first, if I need any future tree trimming.

Dr. Monika is very sincere and truly treats her patients with dignity, respect, and care. I was shocked when she encouraged me to hold a mirror while she explained the little adjustments she was making to my teeth. She goes above and beyond when explaining different treatment options, and I love that she really takes the time to listen to any concerns you have without dismissing them.
Overall, the healthcare team is phenomenal! You can really tell this is a family-oriented and holistic team because you leave feeling genuinely well cared for. I would recommend this dental office to anyone!

However, after only one treatment with Patty, I saw very good results and substantial hair reduction. In total, I had about 5 sessions. She has treated diverse and complex cases. The first time I went to her office I believe was in 2022, and now it's 2026. So, my laser hair removal results were long term and effective since 2022. She is the best I have seen.

I have been visiting Tina and Bart for at least 20 years. They are the best!! You cannot go wrong with their expert care and gentle manner. I have seen them weekly and will continue with them weekly for the foreseeable future!! My neck and back pain are gone but I need maintenance because of my job. Don’t hesitate! This was exactly what I needed! Monique's studio is super cute and Monique's hands are definitely gifted - I fell asleep a few times throughout the massage and went home feeling relaxed and so happy I went! Brooke is one of a kind. I have truly enjoyed seeing Brooke. My MFR sessions have been so important to my overall health and wellness. I am incredibly grateful to Brooke for what she is able to accomplish during a session. She is such a kind and caring soul and you can truly tell that she has her whole heart in what she does. Kristin was great, she did a reading of my cat. After a recent death of her sister cat I wanted to see how she felt about adopting another one. She definitely hit on things that made sense and particular to our situation for me to know she connected. It was very helpful in guiding us in a way that honored our cat’s wishes. Loved it and highly recommend!!!
Vince is an absolute miracle worker! I came in with some seriously tight knots, and he was able to work through them with incredible skill and care. His technique is both intuitive and effective—one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The space is calming, professional, and welcoming.

Yesterday, I went to see Jordan for a two hour massage. We’ve known each other for quite a few years, and when I asked her for two hours she looked at me like I was crazy. Then she started to massage me and realized just how much work needed to be done. All I have to say is I feel absolutely amazing today and I am so thankful for Jordan and her amazing massage skills. I highly recommend her!
Within a period of nine months I had extensive shoulder repair surgery and total knee replacement of both knees. Travis and the staff provided me with the necessary rehabilitation to fully recover from all three surgeries. I have, and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing excellent rehabilitation, because without that, surgery alone will not bring you to full recovery.

I just completed my physical therapy for a knee replacement surgery. I went 3 times a week for 7 weeks. I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I know that without the therapy I wouldn't be able to get around . Both therapists I saw worked very hard to get me walking independently without pain. Every time I went I could tell I was making progress. Now I can walk at least a mile and go up and down stairs easily.
The atmosphere in the facility is very friendly and attentive. I was always welcomed when I entered. The staff kept everyone working the entire time that I was there. It was always a pleasure to go there.
I’ve been coming here weekly for over a year now (despite them being unable to take my HMO insurance), because for only $50 I get nice deep tissue massage, stretches, and an adjustment. I wouldn’t go to a chiropractor otherwise, because I’m hypermobile and that can be dangerous, but since this is also a PT spot they know how not to overdo it! It’s genuinely my favorite part of my week; it’s bodily maintenance that helps so much with my chronic pain from POTS. The staff is very kind and makes fun conversation. Also, the first appointment/consultation was free, including X-rays taken of my back. I can’t attest much to their physical therapy, other than how I see them taking care of and interacting with clients while I’m there. They’re affordable, and nothing short of kind, helpful, and validating. :)
Throughout the years, I have consistently had an excellent experience with Dr. Shore. She is professional, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease.
After each treatment I notice a significant improvement in both my stress levels and overall well-being.

Strongly recommend for anyone looking for acupuncture treatment. Mariya has been great, keeping me calm and educating me through my first ever acupuncture session. Now it's been several weeks and almost 10 sessions together and I'm feeling much lighter and nimble than I was before I started. 10/10 would recommend for any muscular pain or imbalances.
I was a college lacrosse player. From years in this sport and the high impact contacts, it caused me to have chronic pain in my shoulders and upper back. Movement triggers the pain. It was very difficult to rotate my shoulder fully and it causes strange neck strains. I noticed significant improvement after three acupuncture treatments along with Chinese topical medicine during the acupuncture. Will continue the treatment and hopefully play lacrosse again. I cannot recommend Eric at Twelve Pathways enough! I started seeing him in January after 2 years of trying to get pregnant and struggling with irregular cycles and having no success with a fertility doctor. After starting acupuncture treatments and herbs with Eric, my cycles became regular very quickly, and by March we got pregnant naturally.
Eric has been incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. I’ve continued seeing him during my pregnancy, and his treatments have helped so much with my nausea.
Every appointment feels personalized, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients and their outcomes. I’m so grateful for the role he’s played in our journey, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for support with fertility, pregnancy, or overall wellness!
I had never tried acupuncture before, and honestly, the needles made me a little nervous. I developed a gout flare just before leaving for a trip and was in significant pain. I was referred to Dr. Kimberly Davis and, to be truthful, I was skeptical — I’ve had gout before and usually it’s just something you have to wait out.
Dr. Davis was able to fit me in quickly, which I really appreciated. After just one acupuncture treatment, I was able to walk with very little pain. I was genuinely surprised at the improvement.
She took the time to explain everything and talked me through the process, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her office at CityGate in Naperville is also very easy to get to.
Overall, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Kimberly Davis for anyone looking for relief from this type of pain.

Dr. Lacey works wonders! I recommend getting both a chiropractic adjustment and the acupuncture here. She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel heard and comfortable and I always feel better after every appointment. She takes her time with every appointment and never makes you feel rushed and she's very accommodating. I swear she is a wizard! I've gone in several times for different reasons related to pain like in my neck/back/hips, rashes, wrist pain, and she fixes everything. It's truly wild. She's even there for your emotional well-being and you can tell she genuinely cares which I appreciate. Her assistant Kristine is always pleasant and beyond helpful especially dealing with Veterans Affairs, which is never an easy task. I highly recommend her and if you're a veteran you can go to her through the VA! Their massage therapist that they have available there named Chris is also amazing and I will continue to go here for as long as I can!
After trying several acupuncture practitioners in the Naperville Area. I am so glad I found Advanced Chinese medicine. Dr. Xin not only works with acupuncture but is also very knowledgeable about herbs and well-being in general. I had several health issues, and within the first few visits, I noticed big progress in my energy levels and a long-term issue with my shoulder.
Both of my children attended Excel Driving School in Naperville, and I truly cannot say enough great things about our experience. The teachers and driving instructors maintain excellent communication with both students and parents, and it is clear they genuinely care about each student’s safety, confidence, and ability to become responsible drivers.
