“I first contacted them last year for roofing repair and they were really quick, reasonable quote and made the whole process easier. While they were repairing my roof Patrick came to check up on their progress and noticed the back of my house roofing is different then my front and gave me a quote to fix that. I agreed to the quote but said I couldn't do anything till the summer of 2022. Patrick said no problem the quote will be good till then. Fast forward to May and he got in contact with me to see if I was still interested.Now here is why I highly recommend them. They were so patient with me while I dealt with my HOA approval that instead of May it took till July for them to do my roof, AND the quote never expired. Melissa was their contact person and she was such a joy to work with. She returned my phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. Patrick would answer my text when I had questions. The guys who came and did my roof were respectful and hardworking. “We had our roof done today, and these poor guys, had to deal an 12 hour day of 95* heat, a football sized hornets nest (we used 4 cans of spray) and several of them still got stung, then within moments of completion, a down poor rain. Then they realized someone locked their keys in the truck! It took an hour with My hub's help scouring our garage and basement for different things to jimmy the lock! finally success, then in the rain, they continued to clean up the yard. These guys are amazing. I don't know many who work so hard, and we're still laughing at the end!“

“STEC fixed a broken bathroom vent pipe in my attic. Instead of reconnecting the 10 ft flexible tube, they shortened it to 3 ft and vented out of the roof nearby. The point I am making is they fixed the issue in such a way that it should not recur. They worked in 100 F temperature in the attic in cramped condition.Edson was my lead contact person, very responsive on the phone, good to work with. Receptionist was very helpful in fitting in what was a small job in their schedule.“

“HI-5 Roofing came out to my house and gave me a estimate. I called them back went over concerns and added some up grades to the project and it turned out very nice. Their crew of installers came out they were very polite and respectful. They put up the new roof super fast. When it was all done they went around the house cleaned up all the mess and walked around with a magnet to get all the nails up.
