We used Bee Quick Plumbing after buying a house in Naperville and finding a pretty major sewer issue during the inspection. The sewer line outside the house had separated, so I called Bee Quick to get another opinion and figure out what we were dealing with.
They were able to come out the next day to scope the line and give us a quote. I had also talked to another plumber, but Bee Quick actually found an additional problem farther down the line that the other company had missed. I’m really glad they caught it before we moved forward with the repair.
The job itself was a big one. They had to dig down about 5–6 feet in our front yard, remove around 15 feet of damaged sewer pipe, replace it with PVC, and add a cleanout. The crew worked fast, kept me updated on what they were doing, and did a great job.
Elias was also incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what they were finding, what needed to be done, and why, which gave me a lot of confidence that the job was being done the right way. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing, and that went a long way toward putting my mind at ease.
I also really appreciated Diana. She was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process and always seemed to pick up the phone when I called. That kind of service is hard to find.
Buying a house and immediately dealing with a sewer repair is obviously not ideal, but Bee Quick made the whole situation a lot less stressful. I’d absolutely recommend them.”
