“I have come here for years. It’s the best of the best. I have had facials and brows done by Krista forever. She is so kind and so good. I have incredibly sensitive skin (I’m a ginger) and she mastered my brows. I don’t leave super red and I don’t break out after. She’s a miracle worker. I also get my haircut by Tiffany and she is also amazing. I have a wonderful experience every time I come to Niki Moon. I love this salon!“

“Had my very first float here with my parents. David is very patient when it comes to explaining the process, the rooms, and the experience itself. I spent roughly around $170 for the Fourth of July package which is a really good deal for 4 floats.

The rooms themselves were very clean. The shower had very good water pressure and water temperature. The salt float room was clean and the water itself was fun. There is a provided head rest floating device that helps stabilize your neck/head in the water which greatly helped my experience. After the session, you can wash and go to the powder room to use the hair dryers which included a diffuser for the curly hair people! There is also water and tea provided for after the session.

“This was my husband's and I first time getting a massage. Loved the atmosphere and loved the little details from the sauna in the dressing room area to the waterfall wall in the common area, to the water, hot tea and then the soaking tubs with bubbly and cheese board before our massage! Both techs were wonderful! However, I agree with another reviewers post about size inclusiveness robes and shoes due to autoimmune inflammation did not fit and kinda felt defeating. Also not sure if due to my many ailments my husband and I had very different experiences. Wish my tech did more but understand possibly due to the ailments did not get the hand massage, legs, calves and foot massage my husband received on his end (more techniques). Since we have nothing to compare what a massage is supposed to be like cannot say if we missed out on anything. But even with these minor things we are planning to come again and stay at the hotel next time around. Definitely worth it and glad we got to have this experience.“

“This place has been around for a long time in Naperville for good reason. Liana was great, love my haircut and my hair color. She didn’t try to sell me a bunch of products I didn’t need, but she did give me simple advice that changed my hair drastically in a great way.

Lailah and Breanne at the front desk were warm and professional. They greeted me like I mattered, which, again, is a temporary illusion we all agree to maintain, but they committed to the bit completely and I respected it.

Stasi is exceptional. Her hands found every knot my body has been quietly hoarding for years and dismantled them one by one. The tension I carry — the tension we all carry, for reasons that compound daily and resolve never — melted. For a brief window I was just a person on a table, unbothered, which is honestly the dream.

The atmosphere is carefully, thoughtfully calm. Soft lighting. Low noise. A space designed to make you forget, temporarily, the full weight of existing. It works.

Will I be back? Yes. Will it fix anything permanently? That’s a question for someone with more optimism than me. But Stasi, Lailah, Breanne, and the team at Hand & Stone made the time I spent there the best part of my week.
