Steve answered the phone and answered my questions right away, scheduled a pickup, arrived on time, texted pictures of my clean gown before it went in the box, and delivered my gown smoothly. It was well packaged and I’m very satisfied. The entire process was seamless and stress free. I really appreciated the pickup and delivery of my gown as it is challenging finding the time while being a mom - I would probably put off this process for another 8 years lol.
