I had an issue with this location not being open as advertised. The owner reached out and offered to compensate me for my lost time. She also promised to address the issue.I appreciate the attention to customer service.I'm upgrading my rating to just 3 stars because the bulbs at this location seem to be 1/2 as effective as most other locations.

Sarah and Lizzie are the best!! I have been coming to this location for awhile now and these girls go out of their way to be helpful, super upbeat and kind! They can answer any question you have about the beds and products! Def go to this location if you can!

Best place to go tanning! The Shorewood location is the best. Even when they change your last name to "trashcan" and then when you call to speak to someone about it, the manager is never there or calls you back. But hey, I still pay to go there every month.
