I came in for my appointment and found out my regular technician was no longer there, so I was introduced to Tichinia. I’ll admit, I was a little nervous because I didn’t know what to expect, but she completely exceeded my expectations.
Tichinia was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment we met. She did an amazing job with my Brazilian wax, paying attention to detail and making the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. Her technique was excellent, and she made me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment.

The front desk receptionist was super nice, and Robin was super nice and professional as well. Robin made the wax an easy experience! The salon had a clean and welcoming environment, so I would definitely recommend this EWC location!
