Due to changing family circumstances, we had to make numerous adjustments throughout the planning process. Despite these challenges, the team remained professional, compassionate, and incredibly accommodating from beginning to end. They answered all of our questions and guided us through each decision with care and respect. They navigated coordination with the priest, church, bag piper, and the funeral home in Jacksonville, Florida for transport seamlessly.

The work they did was truly impeccable. Our grandmother looked absolutely beautiful, and the level of dignity, respect, and attention to detail that went into her preparation was evident. Seeing her so peacefully and beautifully presented brought great comfort to our family.

We would especially like to thank Ron Kurza Jr., who patiently answered our many questions and was a tremendous source of support throughout the process as well as John Kunsch who kept our family on schedule and organized throughout the service and funeral. We appreciate your tremendous support.

The Celebration of Life tribute boards, hobbies showcased, and the service in the deceased own words was a bit non-traditional but the team was supportive and fantastic in helping the family develop a truly special sendoff. “My family is beyond grateful to the Biedelman-Kunsch team, especially Shelley, for handling my father's funeral with empathy and compassion. We had a set of rather unique needs, including repatriation of his remains, as well as less common Chinese and Buddhist funerary customs.

Shelley handled everything in stride with understanding and patience. She helped coordinate a smooth repatriation, arranged a private visitation for us as soon as he arrived home, handled ordering memorial cards and a rush order for a cremation urn, accommodated our special requests for Buddhist funerary shrouds and a special timeline, and patiently made herself available at odd hours. She handled the coordination of the actual public visitation perfectly. She provided guidance and support, without being intrusive, throughout the entire process.

We were on the phone or email with her on a daily basis for almost two weeks, and she or the other team members (including Phil) were always extremely prompt and courteous in reply.
