The technicians have been great the two times they have been out. I did feel like they should have came out more but we are getting into the winter season so we’ll see what happens in the spring. When I signed up about 3-4 months ago the salesman said if I signed up on that day he would come by the next day and give me the first months bill back. I called the company 3 times to have the salesman call me to discuss what we agreed on but never got a call back. I should have known better but I fell for it. But like I said the technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. I would give fine the technicians a 5 but the sales department a 1.

Shawn the kindest young man I have experienced. He was personable, detailed, and he heard my fears of bugs and mice. He listened to the issues I had and acted on every single one of them. He was involved in every portion of the visit. If he is my person I will stay with Greenix because of his personal caring touch! Blessings Shawn!

I’m not a person who usually write reviews until It’s really worth it!!! I had a very nice experience with Samuel Rodriquez who came to my house and took care of the mice situation that I have been dealing with for past year. He looked at each and every corner of the house and set up the poison trap in every corner. He went above and beyond so he does not miss any spots. Highly recommend their company.
