“I am so relieved to have been seen by Dr. Patel and his team! I spent 5 years with worsening jaw and ear pain, and jaw locking and clicking since childhood. I was at the point were no amount of pain killers or muscle relaxers provided relief. Dr. Patel is so knowledgeable and talented! He showed me what was happening and how it can be stabilized to avoid surgery. Within 1 week of getting an appliance, my ear pain is gone, clicking and locking of the jaw is hardly noticeable or not there. I sleep better and my upper back pain is gone! Since it is still early on, I do notice when I am not wearing the appliance, as the pain and locking slowly come back. But I know I am in good hands and look forward to the rest of my treatment!“
“Dr Brown and his associates are hands-down, the best of the best! I’ve moved enough to have used a number of dental practices and none compare to the quality of care I receive at this practice. Everyone is great and the technology is truly state of the art!! Dr Brown is personable, caring, and has the expertise to handle a variety of issues. His assistant Julie is top notch, too. What a great team. I’ve also interacted with his other dentists at the practice such as Dr. Cody and Dr. Maria and would be comfortable in their care. (Love the fact that I could switch into one of their openings, if need be.) Every hygienist I’ve had for cleanings has been gentle and informative. They’re enthusiast and put me at ease! Thank you Helen, Mary Kay, and Tashi! Jay is awesome for the crowns made in-house on the same day as the dentistry work, meaning it’s all done with just one appointment rather than two. Dorian, the treatment plan coordinator, has definitely gone the extra mile for me when immediacy was needed. He’s very knowledgeable with his explanations that greatly help me understand what’s involved and he ties all the pieces together from different providers; then how best to schedule the work for good results. I recently ran into an emergency situation with a tooth and he was my hero! He got me in quickly to alleviate both my discomfort and stress. Ty!! Flora is top notch in office management and billing: professional, pleasant, and fun. Then there’s the front desk: Madeline manages to effortlessly juggle other tasks while greeting everyone with a warm smile and a personal touch. It’s a nice way to start and end appointments there. The office itself is spacious, parking is close to the door and it’s all on the ground floor for easy accessibility. So glad I found this practice by way of a dentist friend who gave me his enthusiastic recommendation for Dr. Brown’s office and even sends his family here for their needs. Wow: That says it all!
