“ok so the floors are done and im finally sitting down to write this. had bob and his team refinish the floors in basically the whole main level plus the stairs. it was a lot of square footage and i was nervous about how disruptive it would be but they worked through it pretty efficiently. the sanding part is where i was most worried because i had read about how dusty it gets. there was still some dust dont get me wrong but way less than i expected and they had plastic up everywhere to contain it. they also moved the heavy stuff for us which saved my back. the color came out exactly how i picked it from the samples, no weird surprises. bob himself came by a couple times to check on things which i appreciated since you dont always see that from owners. floors look like a different house now”
