Absolutely amazing experience! I had very long, thick, naturally wavy hair and had been growing it for years, so I was honestly nervous about letting someone cut it. I showed Fred a reference photo of the style I wanted, and he understood exactly what I was looking for.
He kept the length I wanted, gave me beautiful layers, worked with my natural waves, and created a style that fits my face perfectly. The result was even better than I expected.
