“When you are bringing your pet to an ophthalmologist, it's likely a scary and stressful situation (probably serious too). I think the prices reflect that, though I am not an expert on veterinary care, you get what you pay for right? Sarah and Bruce were so kind to me and snuggled my dog through the exam. They are both so knowledgeable and reassuring, treated my dog like she was their own. I did not feel pressured to get cataract surgery for my dog and made the decision not to. Dr. Kercova was also thorough, knowledgeable and methodical. She gave direct up front answers and diagnoses, which I really appreciated. I like my doctors to be direct and no BS and combined with the compassionate/warm staff, it was a reassuring balance. (for background, my dog is diabetic and has cataracts) Highly recommend this practice.“
