Thomas and Damian did a great job; they were professional, punctual, and efficient. They explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working properly. Bee Quick came out and did a phenomenal job of showing what was wrong with a pipe, fixing it, and showing what was necessary to do in the future. There was good response time and communication; the two techs that serviced a sewer pipe did a good job.
Definitely recommend and will use again. We had a leak in the crawl space and they came out ASAP when I explained what was going on. Elias not only explained what he was seeing under the house but also took photos and videos of the situation so I could see what was happening, too. He was efficient but also thorough. Really appreciated the calm and professional demeanor from everyone I encountered - from the initial phone call all the way through the completed task.
