Ron was really terrific - I have a house with plumbing 100+ years old and he cleared the bathtub pipes so that they are no longer clogged. He is very kind, courteous, and cleaned up after his work. He also did an excellent job of fully explaining the “club” to me - without the arm-twisting hard sell - and I am now in the club.
