Shout out to the team at Cora Cape Coral. Especially Taylin, Lester and Palmer. They used their unique skills in physical therapy to guide me back to normal after shoulder surgery. They are kind, funny and knowledgeable professionals. It’s important that clients feel comfortable when in a vulnerable situation and they do just that with a sense of compassion and a good attitude.
All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you for putting me out of my months' long misery. Lester, you did put me thru the throes of agony with repetitive sets of this and that exercise/stretch and homework to boot! Taylin, you did the same the couple of times I had you. Some might have found the light bantering that went around, between therapists and sometimes with patients, unprofessional but to me this lent some casualness/ humor to the atmosphere while people were sweating it out. I have zero complaints! Brenda -and is the other one Vera? - at the front desk made checking in and out and scheduling appointments a breeze. Am grateful to everyone. God bless...read full review
I was there after having hip replacement surgery. Brenda was very welcoming at the front desk.
Taylin was very good at her craft. She worked me so well, I'm sure I've left there with a much firmer booty! Taylin explained my exercises so I knew why I was doing them.
I didn't work with Lester too much, but watched how well he worked with older people. They both did. Hopefully I won't need them again,but if I do, I will go back to them
