“I was thoroughly satisfied with both the results and the customer service. I visited a salon, but they informed me that they couldn’t accommodate my hair appointment. I then called MAY-RAH-KEE, and they were able to take me that day. However, they encountered an issue due to the condition of my hair, as I had previously used box dye. Despite this, they ensured that they achieved as close a resemblance to my inspiration picture as possible, and I was delighted with the final result. Kayla did such a good job and everyone there made me feel welcomed. We talked the whole time and it was never awkward. I appreciate all of them for the help and not leaving me with nothing done to my hair.“

However, I don't love it because it wasn't exactly what I asked for. I brought in an inspiration photo and requested a butterfly cut, honey caramel balayage, dark roots, and soft money pieces. While the result is pretty, it came out more like soft honey highlights than the balayage look I had in mind. For the amount I spent, I was hoping for something closer to my inspiration photo.“
