We had our bathrooms done a few years ago by another contractor. After having Master Touch do our Lanais we realize we totally screwed up by hiring the first contractor. The quality of work is so beyond comparison that we are considering re-doing our master bathroom even though it is only 3 years old.
Master Touch described the scope of our project right up front, then delivered!. There were supply issues and other sub contractor delays but none were the responsibility of MT. They persevered throughout, communicated throughout and ultimately completed the project on time. All change orders were clearly presented and completed as well. Outstanding workmanship and customer service! We highly recommend Master Touch for any tile project. We had our lanai tiled, our bathrooms remodeled, kitchen backsplash tiled, and floors retiled. Master Touch did an exceptional job and was meticulous with all aspects. Everyone we have met in the company has been a class act. The crew took a lot of care to safeguard the rest of our home while work was performed. We have never worked with another company that has gone to such lengths.
