“Between two different AC companies, they were telling us we needed to either get a new unit (6 year old unit) Or replace the coils ($3500). Jeremy (from air necessity) came, and wasted no time trouble shooting. Turns out it was a severely neglected drain line, even after paying maintenance contracts with other companies. It was nothing that warranted a new system or coils. We are now using Air Necessity for our maintenance contract from here on out. I appreciate the amount of time he spent talking to me about the system, and showing me how to avoid issues in the future. This is the kind of company that is hard to find- HONEST! He had every opportunity to take advantage and try to get a bigger payday. However, he chose the honest route and fixed it for hardly nothing! 10/10 recommend!“

“Purchased a new AC System recently. Added a Santa Fe De-humidifier to the system. We had done this in our previous home as well with Southwest. Best investment especially if your putting in a new AC. Without it humidity was 62-70% even at 72F the home felt too warm. Now at 72F with the humidity at 46-50% the home feels almost too cold. It's a must in SWFL.“

“Called in the morning got me in before noon, just like he said on the phone. The guys were very friendly and good at their job. I had a backed up shower and they also noticed I had a leaking toilet in another bathroom. They repaired both and did a thorough job. They cleaned up after themselves after the job as well.
