We set up an appointment with Avis, quickly, and we do not regret it at all! We were notified when the tech was 10 minutes out! He arrived on time and within the window we were told! NOAH, introduced himself and immediately got to work! Noah actually had to cut a hole in the closet wall to access the pipe with the clog. He explained everything to me before hand. Noah was able to unclog the pipe and he actually went above and beyond anything I expected. He cleaned the tub, replaced hardware we had taken off, sealed off the access point in the wall and cleaned the debri! I didn’t expect any of that… he’s a plumber! “What a GREAT company! Had a A/C issue and called Kelly Air Systems company and from the beginning of the phone call they wanted to help.
They had a Manager call me, his name is Jacob. It was close to 8pm and he was about two hours away and looked for ways to assist.
We agreed on having someone come out the next day.
