“I had a last minute activity that came up. Don't usually have my suit ready so I needed to get it dry cleaned. I went to a lot of places and because it was last minute all of them turned me away since I needed it next day. I was willing to pay for the expedited service, but no one would even see if that would be an option.I went to Carriage Class Cleaners, ready to be turned away right away like every other place, but the person tending to the front listened to what I needed, she explain it may be too late but did something no other place did, she went out of her way to ask the owner and see if it was something they could do. Even if they would have said no, she had already done more than every other place I tried.To my surprise they were able to help me out and accepted my suit and two shirts and even had them ready the same day.They have gained a new customer and I will make sure to recommend them to anyone I know.Thank you!“
“Excellent service for me. Would use again. The guy who runs it (maybe the owner?) is super nice. Gave me a timeline, told me to call that day. It wasn't in yet. I called back the next day and it " hadn't come in on the truck yet" but that he would call me when it did. He did and it saved me a bunch of time. Location can be difficult to get in if not from the area. Set gps to enter parking lot at back entrance.“
