This is a great company! Tyler is my technician, and he did an excellent job. He explained what needed to be done before he did it and he showed a wealth of knowledge. I spoke with Jennifer in the office, and she explained plans that would suit our needs. Easy to understand and easy to afford! We like them!!
Michael came out to do the special you were running. And let us know we had lots going on, so he came back and repair all our irrigation needs! We are very happy with the work and concern he had for us and fixed everything. Well, done!!
Putting aside the arrogance and antagonistic attitude of the GM who answered when I called one day with some questions, these guys redeemed themselves with the professionalism of Jennifer in the office and Brock the salesman and technician. When Brock made his initial visit to look at the project, he was prompt, polite and had a vast wealth of knowledge and experience. You can tell that he really enjoyed his work. Then when we found out that he was also going to be the installer/technician on our job, we were even more at ease and excited for him to get started.Brock was prompt on his arrivals and kept us in the know of everything he was doing from start to finish.
