On the advice of a Persian area rug collector in Gatlinburg, TN, we contacted Oriental Rug Salon about cleaning our 100+-year-old Persian Tabriz area rug. Feeling confident that they had experience and knowledge in Persian textiles, we shipped our rug to their facility for care. Upon receipt of our Tabriz, they contacted us to confirm receipt, and after e-mailing us pictures of our rug, they began their magic. After two weeks, our rug was ready to come home, and upon receipt, we were ecstatic with the results. So very pleased with Oriental Rug Salon. My oriental rug had a disastrous outcome after having it cleaned by so called rug cleaning company (don't skimp when it comes to your treasures). Oriental Rug Salon returned my rug to practically its original condition. Excellent Customer Service!
