I had a small mishap in a clients home and a mop bucket with dirty water spilled on her antique Oriental rug. I do not do carpet cleaning so I stopped into their shop. Spoke to Kayla there and explained my situation and she explained their offerings to me and what they could do. I scheduled them to come out (3 days after I stopped in). The tech Justin arrived at the clients home on time and took the time to explain to me and my client the procedure and what to expect. He completed the job in about 45 minutes and also explained the aftercare instructions. Their price was more that reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for rug cleaning, repairs… read full review

Amazing work. I was gifted a rug from my family that was very old and had been my great grandmothers. It had not been taken very good care but after the cleaning it was so vibrant and full of life! I can't thank Oriental Rug Salon enough, they have compleltey transformed our living area and more importantly saved a family heirloom to hopefully continue standing the test of time. I will be using them again in the future should we ever need another cleaning and will highly reccommend them to anyone with a rug or carpet that needs to be professionally cleaned.
