John was the technician. He did an excellent job. He was thorough and made an extra effort to get out stubborn stains in the carpet. He was pleasant and polite. He also suggested I could get the carpet stretched because he saw some bubbling. I followed up and am very pleased all around.

Jon came and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable and he did it the same day. He was very detailed with the works which I am very pleased. Would definitely recommend Tru-Clean.
