So often, repairmen don’t show up or attempt to gauge you unfairly. Erwin explained the problem and we went ahead with the repair work. I was given Erwin’s name by a friend who had consistently used him for all her appliance repairs (fridge, washer/dryer, stove etc). I’m so glad she gave me his name.
