I highly recommend this location! The young woman that helped me was friendly, welcoming, informative and sweet! I think her name is Ashley but not positive. She has dark brown curtly hair. I've been to a lot of tanning salons, and she was by far the most personable one I've encountered. The salon is clean as well. I'm happy ?Service: UV tanning

I've been using this tanning salon off and on for years. All the employees are professional, but I need to stay that Paula R on Santa Barabra was the best customer representative I have ever had the pleasure of knowing at this tanning salon. She was patient, thorough and knowledgeable regarding all variety of their products sold. As a woman in my 40's she understood my concerns and talked me through the best products for my skin individually. Today was her last day at the Santa Barbara office as she is relocating to Pine Island Road... I am tempted to drive there should I encounter any concerns about my tanning sessions. Went to Zoom Tan yesterday & Paula Roux was so very professional & kind even though there were several Clients who were being rude & unkind. Paula handled their behavior courteously.I was very impressed & clearly don't know if I'd of been so kind. A great addition to your Company! She deserves a reward of some kind. :)
