We have a beach condo and a prior cleaner had accidentally used some very harsh chemicals, my wife has an autoimmune disorder her entire life... so now we were not even able to stay there at all... until Captain Steemer solved it. Hannah explained in detail what was involved, how they use only Eco products [it smells like Thyme], and how often to repeat the procedure annually, and long story short we walked in today and were thrilled that all of the harsh chemicals were gone and we slept like babies and just had the best weekend together at the beach.
