Dr Screen did an amazing job for me here in Cape Coral. His professionalism and customer service was second to none. I would highlrecommend him to anyone looking for a licensed, and insured company. Dr. Screen now has a customer for life. Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! Katie returned my phone call quickly - I told her what was going on and that I had gotten different quotes and told different things from three other vendors. She said they would send a tech out to see what was going on.Mike came out and fixed the one screen that was ripped, and moved a piece of metal that needed to be adjusted. He looked over everything and said not to do anything else, because it currently does not need it. I called Dr Screen as a first time customer, They were polite and professional on the phone. They gave me an appointment within a few working days. They came and replaced my screens on that day. Mike the installer was friendly and professional. All and all Dr Screen impressed me and exceeded my expectations. I would not use anyone else after this experience.
