When I moved in back in 2020 I had a pool installed and I used Evergreen to install a sprinkler system and replace my entire lawn since much of it was a mess following the pool. I used website email to reach the Shawn again for this job. His wife contacted me and we set up an appointment. Shawn came by gave me some good add`l ideas I hadn`t thought about and we agreed on terms. I gave him what he asked for to start and the majority balance at completion. Being we`ve worked together before this may not be normal practice and was not the first time, so just understand that. Nice work, prompt, ensures you are satisfied & very easy to work with.
