I called and two hours later a tech was done repairing a broken water line and replacing my disposal. Incredible that there are really companies out there that do their job and really care.

Jimmy was our tech. When I called for appointment they offered at $39 service to come to check on everything A/C. Of course we were happy with that price. Jimmy cleared all the gunk out of the lines. We had failed to do the monthly bleach down the pipe routine for several months. Then Jimmy showed us what he said were pictures of heavy mold on our coils said it was very bad for our health, mold filtering through the air ducts and for $3,400 their techs could completely clean and sanitize coils

Wonderful experience all the way around. The person on the telephone was very friendly, helpful, professional. They came out the same day, made the repairs on the outdoor backflow system the same day. The plumber was very friendly, did a great job. I would definitely recommend ROTOTECH Plumbing.
