I had my first visit with this facility for my cat Oscar. To start im pleasantly pleased to know that enough staff are there to answer your call at any time. As well as being very polite and patient with me on the phone, in person was the same. I had a few different ones that answered my calls as well. The first assistant I had that called us into the room was professional, polite and patient as well. Im terrible with names, so I apologize in advance. She took the time to talk with me. Our dog Luna had to have emergency surgery for pyometra and a vet local to us encouraged us to go here. So happy we did, everyone was so helpful and absolutely amazing with our 9 year old great dane. This place is almost an hour from our house but will be our regular vet due to the amazing care our dog received.
Saying goodbye to our sweet boy, Buster, was one of the hardest days of my life, and I will forever be grateful to everyone at Islandside Veterinary Clinic for the incredible compassion, kindness, and care they showed us.
