They put a lot of effort into creating playlists that are fun and motivating. There is also a nice sense of community amongst the members. Once you get to know the familiar faces you start to feel like you've joined the family. Overall, I've really enjoyed my experience here. It's nice to have met so many wonderful neighbors. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid workout in a great atmosphere!“

Without question, I can say that the investment was totally worth it. Arkadiy quickly determined what I needed to do, and I began seeing results within a week or two. The answer was actually much less work than I thought it would be. Had I known what Arkadiy taught me long ago, I would have never had any issues staying in shape. The training is just as I wanted it: He tells me what I need to know and do, and then helps me along the way without any hype or innovations. Since Arkadiy is a former champion bodybuilder, it is good knowing that he has been to the top and is an expert in what it takes to get fit, even if, like me, your goals are nowhere close to becoming a bodybuilder. I can highly recommend anyone interested in gaining muscle or getting in shape to work with Arkadiy.“

Tucker has a rigorous, but easygoing approach to training that creates a highly motivating, yet low-pressure environment. When I do have to reschedule a session, Tucker is always flexible and accommodating. It is evident that Kimior has put much thought into creating a gym environment that is warm and welcoming to people of all ages and in all stages of their personal growth. I love that they emphasize health in its entirety--including sleep, nutrition, stretching/flexibility, muscle growth, fat loss (if that's your goal) and even a positive mental health. Michaela, in particular, has been an absolute blessing to my health and wellbeing. She is always ready to adjust my workouts based on my ongoing injuries and soreness, and has even implemented more mobility work to help with my injuries. It's like PT and a workout all in one, so instead of just feeling sore and in pain, I feel sore and strong. Thank you to this wonderful team and place. Happy to have found you all.“

A young black dark skin young woman assisted me, who spoke with a slight accent. She was very pleasant and professional. Sorry for describing her this way but I forgot her name and I wanted to recognize her for a job well done, kudos to her.“

“I could go on, at length, about what Tom has provided for me, after working with him the past few months. Quite simply, he has given me my life back. I’m 61 yo and did not like how I was feeling, I could feel my life slowly dimming and ability to go, get around, and honestly enjoy myself. During the first session Tom began to adapt my workout, based on where I was. He has continually designed, adapted, and modified workouts to provide the right amount of true challenge. His support after sessions is perfect.

I began working with him when I was 8 weeks postpartum and he has been terrific -- always on time, motivating, and able to adapt exercises based on my needs. He has a ton of experience with women postpartum and understands how to adjust workouts accordingly (which is super important to avoid injuries) especially as a result of a c-section. He is extremely responsive and a pleasure to be around. He is results and goal oriented. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.“
