I came in for what was supposed to be an introductory session but left feeling uncomfortable. Some of the comments about my posture and body didn’t feel constructive. The trainer also asked for additional personal contact details even though scheduling was already handled through email. The workout itself felt rushed and not very clearly explained.

My experience was mixed. The location is convenient and the space itself seemed fairly clean. However, the training style wasn’t what I expected. A lot of the session focused on mindset, breathing, and “energy alignment.” That approach might work for some people, but I was hoping for more traditional fitness coaching. I also noticed that some clients seemed to get much more attention than others.

The space itself is fine and the equipment looked decent. However, the trainer spent a lot of time talking instead of actually training. At times it felt like I was paying mostly to listen to stories rather than getting a structured workout.
