“This is who is training Anthony right now and they are wonderful! If I could only get Joe Hadens autograph and ask him to come to Anthony's school!!”

Thesis Personal Training DC
“I’ve been a client at Thesis for almost a year. I was looking for more structure in my work outs and also nutritional guidance. Thesis exceeded my expectations! I’m stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been and I know I wouldn’t have been able to achieve this on my own.
Everyone is super friendly and I’ve enjoyed getting to know the trainers and clients. Special shout out to my trainer, Tan! He is an exceptional trainer but also good friend now. A highlight of my week is spending a couple mornings with him. Thanks for helping me reach my goals and supporting me every step of the way!”
