“I made the decision to train with Brad when I turned 60 because everything was starting to hurt – my knee when hiking, my shoulder when gardening, my back when just standing for too long. Three months in, I am amazed how much I’ve learned and how much confidence I’ve gained. Brad has an incredible grasp on body mechanics and has shown me how my pain is usually related to imbalances in musculature or flexibility. He has the knowledge and ability to identify underlying issues and craft exercises and stretches that improve my strength and flexibility while protecting the body parts that hurt. I feel fortunate to be on this path with him to better health and fitness. If you’re thinking about working with a trainer, I highly recommend you take Brad up on his offer of a free session. “Igor is an amazing personal trainer! I’ve been training with him for almost 5 years and he still surprises us with his variety of exercises-you don’t get bored. He is able to modify all exercises to individual needs and he’s great with helping you recover if you’ve had an injury or surgery.He also works out with you-he’s not one to stand around just counting for you. Igor also gives you workout plans while you’re traveling and will Zoom sessions too. His prices are so reasonable given the amount of training and talent he brings. And, he’s just one of the nicest people you’ll meet. My strength, stamina and balance are better than some of the younger clients and that’s thanks to Igor. I ran my first Army 10 Miler and also finished the Stadium Spartan race!“

“Battle Fitness was the first to appear during my research, and joining was the best decision I ever made! By the end of my first Body Transformation with Je, I've reduced 44 pounds and 11% body fat! My family and friends are so shocked when they see me and always ask me what I have done to achieve this transformation. Before Battle Fitness, for years, my previous lifestyle exacerbated my asthma, made my seasonal allergies severe, and made me very self-conscious about my body. I had tried multiple times to improve my health through fad diets and half-hearted attempts to exercise. Without proper guidance and accountability, I wasn't getting any results, and I felt discouraged. I needed help, and I'm glad I found it.
