Their personalized fitness plans are dynamic and thoughtful, and trainers explain how each exercise helps your body, while also correcting form and offering encouragement. My own trainer, Josue, and every other trainer I observed were motivating and kind, and they always brought positive energy to the space. I would highly recommend TG for a beginner wanting to learn how to workout, and for an advanced client with specific fitness goals!“

“I have been going to the Starfit Studio Arlington since August after signing up for a trial. I like the small size of the classes, the kind but tough trainers, and the personalized attention. I also appreciate going to a woman-only studio in which the equipment and workouts are geared toward women. I have increased my strength and flexibility in a very short time! “I was diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome Sept of 2022 where I had to be hospitalized and was released Dec of 2022. I lost the ability to walk (on my own) and unable to use my hands as the paralysis hit only my limbs past the elbow and knee cap. On top of continuing with my outpatient physical & occupational therapy .. Brian has worked with me since the New Year. Every week Brian offered support and great guidance with different stretches, new exercises and techniques in order to begin regaining my muscles back in my arms and legs. I started off in a wheelchair and am close to switching from a walker to a cane now .. thankfully his facility is also fully handicap accessible! Right away, the moment you walk in, you just feel ready. The vibe is just right to get you to get going AND KEEP GOING! Brian has ABSOLUTELY been a vessel in my recovery journey. I would not have progressed as much as i have if it weren’t for this gym. Not to mention, Brian was in contact with my PT so they were in the know about what i was doing each week! I mean, COME ON.. doesn’t get better than that. A coach, a trainer who genuinely cares. I am grateful for Brian & BOWTAI FITNESS!! The fire in me is lit and i am excited to have both Brian and the gym and all it has to offer in my comeback story!“

“I've been working virtually with Alek since January. I was skeptical at first with the idea of online personal training. Alek has been amazing though, and I couldn't be more pleased! I injured my shoulder last summer and I could barely raise my arm above my head when he and I started working together. My strength has improved, my range of motion is much better, and friends and neighbors have been complimenting me on how great I look. Alek keeps me engaged between sessions with homework, and he is very successful at motivating me early in the morning despite me not being an early riser. Alek has my highest recommendation!“

“I’ve been using On the Go Fitness about a year now and I have to say the team is awesome! I’ve had personal trainers off and on for over two decades. I was in the military and needed one to keep me maxing my PT scores. (...because the scores DO matter no matter what you want to believe.) While many things play into your success in the military, I argue that “excellent” performance on your PT tests does a lot psychologically to show you are ready for the challenges of leadership. You don’t need to be a gym rat to be a good leader. You just need to show up once a year, and effortlessly max what is expected of you. And, this is where making an investment in yourself by having an outstanding personal trainer pays dividends in promotional opportunities.I’ve also used personal trainers to just help me keep myself fit to enjoy the games of life. Whether it is snowboarding, windsurfing, running in fun OCRs, climbing with your friends in the gym, or just trying something new. When you are healthy and fit, you get to play more. When that big white light comes, will you be saying “I wish I learned to ski, or I wish I could have played with my grandkids more”? Being physically healthy and fit will not only help you live longer, but it will help you live better. The research and science is there. This is not an infomercial, it is reality.And, the best part… it doesn’t matter how old you are, how tired you are, or how broken you are. If you are 80, you will keep your independence. If you are 50 and going through menopause, it will help you manage that madness. If you are 40 and now feeling the pain of your younger years of incorrectly pumping iron or doing things you shouldn’t have they will help you overcome those “hangovers”. And if you are 20, you will learn the true way of fitness and conditioning to keep you in the best health as you manage the challenges life will throw at you.You can try and “duct tape” your health, but odds are not in your favor. “Zach trained me in person in 2017. He was able to work with my budget and develop an in person training program for me that developed into a great friendship. Soon afterwards, I started getting chronically ill and Zach was always there to give me advice on exercises I could do without exasperating my various conditions. He even still sends me studies about exercise/nutrition and things I can do to help.“

“I've seen Dr. Schreffler for the duration of my pregnancy to proactively balance and mitigate so many of the traditional aches, pains, and body changes. His work with me has evolved with every week and every new concern/area of focus. He has a very personalized approach to meet the needs of my body. There are traditional chiropractic movements, but also body work, massage, and Webster Technique additions. Dr. Schreffler is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable (and shares this knowledge) proactively and makes me feel very comfortable (and my body feel better after every session). I've seen a few chiropractors and Dr. Schreffler is the best for me! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a thoughtful approach.“

“Igor is an amazing personal trainer! I’ve been training with him for almost 5 years and he still surprises us with his variety of exercises-you don’t get bored. He is able to modify all exercises to individual needs and he’s great with helping you recover if you’ve had an injury or surgery.He also works out with you-he’s not one to stand around just counting for you. Igor also gives you workout plans while you’re traveling and will Zoom sessions too. His prices are so reasonable given the amount of training and talent he brings. And, he’s just one of the nicest people you’ll meet. My strength, stamina and balance are better than some of the younger clients and that’s thanks to Igor. I ran my first Army 10 Miler and also finished the Stadium Spartan race!“

I was going to say no and find some excuse but something said “Take the chance”Mind you I’m in my late 50s, overweight and out of shape… I am so grateful that I took that step. He continues to develop workout programs to increase strength, improve health and lose weight.Wil is very enthusiastic and fun loving which makes the workouts enjoyable. He utilizes his knowledge to create ideal workouts that are custom to the individual. He routinely asks questions about your goals and works with you to achieve those goals.During Covid, we switched the gym workouts to video training. It is impressive how much motivation Wil generates as he provides positive support through the video. Wil adapts the workout program based on the equipment that is available.Wil also set-up a program where I work out by myself a few times a week and workout with Wil a couple times a week. He checks in with me regularly to see how my individual workouts are progressing.I highly recommend Wil. He is passionate, adaptable and well-informed.
