Working with Bryan has helped me rebuild my confidence after a debilitating running injury. The training studio is very private and well equipped. Personal training prices are a great value.
We’ve been coming to Bryan religiously for over 6 months, doing partner training sessions 1-2 x a week - it’s the best investment we’ve made in our health, hands down! Bryan is an incredible trainer: he constructs workouts thoughtfully, tracks your progress, and adjusts difficulty between people, across different days, and as you get stronger. I've been working with Johnation at BC Strength Training for almost 8 months now, and it has been one of the best decisions I've made. Johnathan is respectful and supportive of my fitness goals, has worked with me through an injury, and is always open to how my fitness needs are changing over time. If you are considering some 1:1 training, I cannot recommend BC Strength Training and Johnathan enough!
