The staff is incredibly supportive and kind, from Tim to Nathan to Sergio. I love being able to access great quality equipment i don’t own personally, a studio with great lighting, a green screen, and even a podcast recording room. I hope the city of Longmont sees the incredible value this place offers to creatives. The world needs it!!!!

I walked into Honeycomb salon looking like I had just auditioned to be Elvira—jet black hair when I had very clearly asked for dark ash brown. Not exactly the vibe.

At 1AM, in a full-blown hair crisis, I managed to book an emergency appointment with her online. From the second I sat down, she was calm, kind, and completely non-judgmental (which, given the situation on my head, was a true act of professionalism). She listened carefully, checked in constantly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
And then… she worked magic.

My new spot for a high bald fade. What I like about the shop is that the barbers, father and son, take their time, even for a fade. I’ve been to places where they take 15 minutes and they are done. True, a fade shouldn’t take an hour but I like the attention to details and the barbers take their time to do a good job. They don’t speak much but they don’t need to. They are concentrating. I appreciate that.

Have you ever looked at someone and thought that they looked radiant and beautiful? They are definitely getting a spray tan! I had a spray tan with Val for a wedding in Cabo, and she did an amazing job. It made such a difference! She is very knowledgeable and skilled. Cute spot tucked in the corner of a shopping center in north Longmont. Got me in quickly as a walk in. Quick well done pedicure by a friendly but not overly chatty (just what I like!) gal. She did a great job on my pedi and had me out the door in about 35 minutes.

Visited today and had a wonderful experience! Their name is no longer Gorgeous Nails but has changed to Premier Nails (might be under new management too. Not sure.) The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming; the place was clean and updated. I had a pedicure and the woman who did it did an excellent job! My friends got pedicures and manicures and they all love them!What was especially touching was how the staff was so sweet to my friend's daughter (3yrs old). They were so patient and playful with her while painting her fingernails and toes. They even put cute stickers on them ❤️All four of us would recommend this place and plan on coming back!

I just had my first appointment with London. It had been years since I'd gotten my hair done. Well let me tell you, I'm SO happy with the results of my cut and color that I really can't describe it in words. She was such a genuine person, and I instantly felt comfortable with her. She did everything I wanted, and knew how to take my ideas and really bring them to life with her knowledge and expertise. Casie has been cutting my hair for over 5 years. I am very picky and she has a lot of patience with me. She does a FANTASTIC job on color! After you get home if you discover an imperfection in your "do" she is willing to, and very sweet about making small adjustments: a little tweak in the color or your haircut ... she wants you to feel good about your hair! She has done this for me a couple of times. I just love her!!

Nikki did an awesome job with my hair! She likes to do balayage and that’s exactly what I came in for. She did the toner perfectly for an ashy blonde and did the balayage in all the right places. I will 100% be going back when I need touch ups done. Fabulous job! Price was very fair compared to what I’m used to paying.My only advice is to make sure you get dropped off or bike in for long hair appointments (2+hrs), I ended up with a ticket for $25 on my car, not the salon’s fault but good for others to be aware of!

Contacted multiple plumbers for a heater replacement/installation, Paul was without doubt the best. He gave me an affordable price over the phone, came the very next day and installed and took the old water heater out. I could not ask for better service. (Contacted other plumbing companies and they were upcharging me a fortune). He was also very willing to explain the entire system to me, 5 stars easy.
I have used Bob Carlson for over 30 years. There is no body better- reliable, friendly, cost effective and knows way more than just plumbing. He actually thinks through projects. He has done major overhauls of all our plumbing in our home as well as most of our appliance installations. His only helper --Carl is very knowledgeable and gets things done properly.
The owner of 287 Plumbing and one of his journeymen showed up and did excellent work on two occasions for our bathroom remodel. They were on-time, courteous, and did high-quality work in short order. They also informed us of other issues they observed in our home's plumbing system without pushing their services beyond a recommendation. Their labor rates and part prices were also great as they appear to operate with low overhead. Would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for future plumbing jobs.
Colorado Green Plumbing is amazing. Not only did the technician walk me through what the issue was, he did not choose the most expensive method to fix the issue, he started small and the fix worked. This is like the old days were the folks showed up on time, you could trust them and they wanted your business for life, not just for a short term profit!

Great experience w/ Planet Plumbing. Chase was communicative, detail oriented, competent, and kind. He corrected the prior homeowner's crappy installation and taught me how to better maintain the new installation. I called at 7 AM and they were onsite by 9:45. Pricing was fair. Ask for Chase when you call!

Karl at Arrow Carpet Cleaning performed a carpet cleaning on my 800 sq ft rental apartment in Longmont. After the cleaning we found some debris on the floor. New floors! We recently had the floors redone by Carpet Exchange and it was a great experience. They did our whole main floor, which is about 1,200+ sq ft. We used an engineered wood from Shaw that was the perfect light color with 7” wide planks. The pricing that Kelley the Sales rep gave us was very competitive and fit our budget.
The installer David with Mad flooring was very careful and detail oriented. He took the time to do custom details in certain areas at our request. Great installer, very responsive.
We liked the outcome of our floors so much we went back to order backsplash tiles and stacked stone for our fireplace surround!

He gave us great ideas to compliment our original thoughts. We had to make changes after the cabinets were ordered and Max followed through and made it happen. We love our new kitchen!

We hired BC Homes to completely transform the inside of our house. It was a complete remodel of the first and second floor, as well as a new deck. Everything from tearing down walls, adding new widows/doors, all new flooring, all new kitchen, new stairs, lighting, paint, the list could go on! Jorge, Noel and the whole team were great. They were inside our house 6 days/week for over 3 months, a very personal thing! They kept our kids safe and me as sane as possible during such a disrupting time. Inevitably there were some speed bumps in the project, they did a great job problem solving and coming up with solutions. I have pursued two projects with 3model. The first was a repair job to correct a previous contractor's badly installed basement egress window. The second was a major addition to an existing house, including upgraded power/HVAC, additional bedrooms/bathrooms, and a new crawlspace beneath. In all cases, Adrian was professional and extremely thorough, giving me all the context he could think of whenever I was called upon to make a decision. They're not the cheapest in town, but take it from hard experience: when you have a project big enough to need a general contractor, you don't want the cheapest in town; you want someone who'll get it done *well*, and 3model is exactly that.

TL/DR: Great price, great references, quick and tidy crew, and easy to work with as a female homeowner. Chris is the tree guy of choice on my street and for good reason. He recently removed a dying ash tree for me that was right next to my sunroom (lots of potential shattered glass) and leaning over my roof. Chris does maintenance cabling/trimming on a neighbor's huge bracket backyard cottonwood tree and removed two huge cottonwoods for my next door neighbor last year, so he was highly recommended. Pricing was also very manageable; of about 7 total quotes, Reinholt was among the less expensive group that was willing to remove the tree by climbing rather than with a crane. I delayed the job by about 6 months from the time I got the quotes and had some communication misses when I went to reinstate contact, but we cleared that up painlessly. Chris showed up with a crew of 4 guys. Within 90 minutes the tree was down and they'd cleaned up and moved on to the next job. Everyone was polite, mindful of the landscaping and they definitely left the area cleaner than they found it. They brought what looked like 3/4 or full inch-thick sheets of plywood to protect the windows and left no damage. As a female homeowner with no "man of the house" contractors can be challenging, but Chris is not one of those and I definitely recommend him.
I am so happy with the work done by Alvarro and his team that I felt it necessary to leave this review. We had an acre of elm trees removed and left a couple of them to be pruned and cleaned up. Their attention to detail exceeded my expectations. It was a big job and there was nothing left undone. Tree stumps were grinded down and cleaned up, debris was cleaned up and the pruned trees were done with care and esthetic appeal. They were very reasonably priced, showed up on time and did what they promised to do with no complaints. The scope of work was agreed on before the work was performed and they left a very happy customer. I highly recommend Western Cut Tree Care for any type of tree care, be it removal or pruning. They will l leave your property professionally done!

I’ve never written a review before. I’ve seen Dr. T., that’s what I call him. He’s Dr. Trey Thygerson, Artistic Smiles, Longmont, CO. So grateful my son found him, over 5 yrs. ago, for me. You see, I’m a unique case. I have CRPS/RSD, plus a lot of other diseases, for over 8 yrs. I have to be always be put under, with an anesthesiologist, that puts a little bit of ketamine in it, to try and prevent a spread. I’ve had 8 veneers, on top, due to my disease. A root canal done on one of my veneers, which isn’t advised, due to my disease. I didn’t want to pull it, was my right eye tooth, and have another dental implant. I have 4 already. I trusted Dr. T., and that’s saying a lot. I was out of town, at a clinic doing treatments. He sent me in antibiotics, and I came home for a month to have my root canal done. My body doesn’t heal like it use too. It takes me 3-4 times as long. When you’re put under, your bite isn’t right. He saw me 8 times that month. He never complained. In fact, I know he felt bad for me. He calls to check on me. He always promptly answers, and gets back to me right away. Recently it was putting back on a front veneer that popped off. I was in the next day. He is the most kindest, compassionate and empathetic dentist there is. His staff is amazing! They think the world of him, as he does them, and so do I. Thank you, Dr. T.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Chris for 10 years for health maintenance a couple times a month. Recently I was diagnosed with compressed disc in my lower spine. I’m now being helped with their decompression techniques. The staff is amazingly kind, and Dr. Drew is my go to back up if I can’t work into Chris’ schedule. I have complete faith in their kindness, ethics and techniques. I highly recommend the entire practice.

I've always had back issues and after I threw it out again earlier this year and was in pain going from sitting to standing, I came here to get it worked on. Dr. Ben Buck was great! He located the issue, was able to make adjustments, and showed me at home stretches and what to do if I hurt it again. Now, I go in about once a month for adjustments, but have otherwise been pain free. I know I'll have back issues again, but going in once a month coupled with the stretches he showed me makes me confident that it won't ever be that bad again. Thank you!
I visited Dr. Schultz for a hip injury that has put me in bed for days. After a full session I was able to walk and go about life without pain again, and in the following days regain full mobility in my body.

I recently started bringing my sweet pup here when she was having some tummy troubles. We're still pretty new to the area and it was nice to find a vet office so close and with so much experience. The vast amount of knowledge and care exhibited by this family is so reassuring. Even when things aren't perfect, they always have a plan, and I can't thank them enough! Absolutely, 100% recommend!
I called the previous day and was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. I arrived two minutes late, and no one made me feel uncomfortable or rushed. Libby was weighed and brought back promptly. The technician gathered initial information about our concern, and Dr. Cross came in within a few minutes.
Dr. Cross was professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in her communication. We proceeded with radiographs, and sedation was discussed as I expected. Pricing was clearly reviewed, and although I was comfortable with sedation, the team decided to attempt the radiographs without it first. Libby came back looking like a queen, and they told me she was incredibly cooperative—which significantly reduced the cost.
Throughout the visit, I genuinely felt like Family Pet Hospital treated us as long-term patients, not revenue producers. The radiographs received a full orthopedic review, and Dr. Cross clearly explained the findings and provided written notes so I could fully understand the results.
We’ll be returning to Family Pet Hospital soon for Libby’s spay and baby tooth extraction. I’m very grateful for the care, transparency, and respect shown to both of us.
I'm writing this review a little late but I thought it was more relevant in my case to speak of long term results. Grace, my very athletic Foxhound mix blew out her knee while playing. She was still young enough to where surgery was an option. Dr Peila explained the procedure and follow up for a plate in her knee. Not an inexpensive surgery- but they helped us to secure some financing options for it. I'm so glad we had this done. My dog has recovered 100%. It has been two years now and she has a quality of life she would have without Dr. Peila's help. GOOD JOB TEAM!

I can't begin to tell you how relieved we've been after finding The Animal Hospital. We've been trying to get our little cat guy stable on insulin. His new doctor fully reviewed his health history with me and set up a sound game plan. The entire staff is competent, warm, and kind.
I bring both of my dogs here and they receive phenomenal care. One of my dogs is extremely anxious so it takes several staff members and a lot of treats to get her checked out. They are always very patient and compassionate.
Best vet in Longmont! The care our animals received from every single employee here is amazing. You can tell that they're really looking out for the best interest of your pet above all things. We sadly had to put two of our dogs down recently, due to their failing health due to their age. The first one was planned and the doctor and vet tech came to our house and the entire experience was beautiful and what you would hope for your fur baby's last moment. Our sweet boy dog needed to be euthanized in an emergency, following a 9 min seizure, and they got us in right away and helped him pass comfortably. It was such a a difficult situation, but even the doctor teared up. You can truly tell they all really care about you and your pet. Not to mention their prices are super reasonable and they don't try to push unnecessary products or tests on you. You can't go wrong choosing them as your vet!

I was back in town for two weeks and was searching for a yoga studio to practice and was recommended Sol19. They had a great intro offer! I was able to participate in numerous classes taught by amazing yogis (Tam, Shauna, Ingrid, Emily, Jesse, Jenny, and Alie) — I felt right at home. The studio is vibrant, clean, and very spacious! They have multiple class offerings which switch time depending on the day. I do wish Sol19 scheduled classes that you’d be able to double — i.e power ends 30 minutes before yin as I frequently double Hatha and Power at my home studio in WA State.One of the yoga instructors, Emily, helped me find a Rocket class back in Seattle — I highly recommend Rocket 101 if you want to grow more comfortable with inversions like myself. If I am ever back in town, I know I will be spending my time at Sol19!

Dr Stacey is an excellent acupuncturist. She took care of a persistent pain I'd had for months in just a few visits!
I have had acupuncture several times over about 20 years. However, this provider was the most thorough and the most compassionate that I’ve ever experienced.
I was diagnosed with uterine cancer last year and had to have chemo and radiation. I was in a support group to find out as much information as I could to know what to expect with side effects and how to deal with them. Many on the sight mentioned using acupuncture as a way to help manage symptoms and the American Cancer Society suggests it as well. My husband had been seen Daisy and highly recommended her. Daisy is no less than awesome, she treats the whole body not just symptoms. She is very invested in your health and helping you to feel better. I credit her with my going through treatment with very minimum side effects. My oncologist was always very impressed how good my labs were through the entire chemo treatment. I highly recommend acupuncture and Daisy for cancer treatment and general overall health as I am going to continue seeing her on a regular basis. Sharon L
