I have a new Havanese mix puppy, Winnie, and she's still very scared of other dogs and people, so I wanted to bring her to a groomer where they were aware and she was taken care of and felt as safe as possible during the grooming process. Alex has been so sweet with her and didn't rush her grooming so that Winnie felt okay through the process, and it's made me feel so good knowing she's in good hands. Winnie has been 2 times now, and she will continue to go back. Her last cut was so cute we can't stand it! And they don't try to overcharge you here. Very happy to have found Alex and Grand Central Grooming!

Aubree started working with Olivia over a year ago and instantly the two developed a special bond of adoration! (Olivia used to have a LOT of trust issues.) Olivia has her nails trimmed regularly. Yesterday she had her first *real* grooming bath and enjoyed it! Olivia is still a little apprehensive when we first arrive at Grand Central Grooming, yet she melts as soon as she's greeted by her favorite groomer! I am grateful and comforted to know she's in Aubree's care; Olivia loves being there.

I rescued my 15 year old Bella 4 years ago. She has been going to the same groomer and she recently retired. I was really concerned about finding a new one that I feel comfortable with. And then I found Alex! We did a meet and greet on Friday and we had our first appt today. The shop is cozy and warm and loving and welcoming! Besides looking great Bella was relaxed and I could tell quite catered to! So truth be told I am one of those crazy over the top dog mommys so if Im happy and trusting of Alex that is huge! ?❤?Oh and she plays great music in the shop!
