Jeremy at J Ruff Co Flooring did an excellent job refinishing our red oak floors. They were quite old and had a strong orange tint before, and he transformed them into something much lighter, more natural-looking, and consistent throughout.
He was friendly, reasonably priced, and very easy to work with, including coordinating his schedule around other contractors we had in the house. He even came back and fixed a scuff at no charge after our 3-year-old accidentally knocked something onto the newly finished floor. We really appreciated the work and would happily recommend him.
Jeremy and his team were fantastic. He was very communicative throughout the process. Everyone who worked on the project was polite and friendly and took great care in our home. It was a big project (replacing an entire level of carpet with hardwood, and replacing almost 50 carpeted stairs with hardwood) but it was completed on time and on budget and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Floors were brought back to life from a dated honey color to a beautiful medium brown tone. From the beginning stages of receiving a quote, through the entire process, it’s been seamless. Convenient to work with and balance work/life schedule, along with getting the project done. I love the finished product and look forward to my stairs next! Would highly recommend.
