Dr. Ornitz and her staff are amazing. So different from our last vet, I feel they genuinely share the opinion that our pets are family and treat them as such. They always got her in quickly, responded to test results promptly - even staying after hours for a late call. She didn't want us to anxiously wait days for answers. She thoroughly researched options and was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to our questions.Not only were they so caring during our journey with Mazzy's liver cancer, they gave realistic options and opinions when I felt lost and hopeless. I needed to find a new clinic and this office is amazing! Nice open exam rooms, very calm lobby, kindest staff all around! My kitty felt so comfortable, he was lounging on his side for his vaccine. That's good energy ??
