“There are many services out there that can provide your house with a good clean on a regular, predictable basis. Far fewer that can handle the particular challenges of a short term rental property. That requires excellent communication, tremendous flexibility, consistent follow through, and most important, a “no excuses” commitment to getting the property turned over when it needs to be turned over.
