“I had a bathroom sink overflow into the garage recently. The water was fairly minimal based on the short length of water running. I called two companies to come out and assess. The first one wanted to charge $3k for mitigation and possibly replace marble flooring and create a decent sized hole in the cabinet to see below for water damage assessment. Larry came out later the same afternoon and assessed the water damage was quite minimal based on his meter readings. He said if it were his house he would used fans, warm air and movement for the water to dry out. Given the heat of the summer it appeared the garage ceiling would dry out fairly quickly and not have any concern of long term damage or mold issues. So his advice saved us a huge amount of money, time and anxiety of the situation. During the assessment it was obvious his general contractor status was noteworthy as he knew a lot about the insulation and structural layout of the area. I texted him the next week to ask questions and he promptly responded. Very nice interaction with Larry overall and would recommend his company”
