After the hailstorm we had in the spring, we noticed a roof leak coming in through our bathroom vent and dripping onto the bathroom floor. It’s not something we can afford right now, and Kevin was completely understanding of that. Instead of pushing us to file an insurance claim or rushing us into a new roof, they helped us fix the immediate problem and thoroughly checked the rest of the roof for any additional damage that could cause future leaks. This was especially refreshing because after that hailstorm, roofing companies were everywhere, truckloads of them, bombarding neighborhoods and pressuring homeowners into full replacements. Kevin was not your typical pushy salesperson. He treated us like real people, not just another commission check, which my husband and I truly appreciate.
